Shipping destinations:
- We currently ship to UK customers only.
Separate parcels:
- Please note items ordered from our Wardrobe Staples brands are shipped to you from My Little Green Wardrobe. Our Wardrobe Outlet brands ship your items direct. Therefore, one order may arrive in separate parcels.
Shipping times and costs:
We charge one flat fee per order -
- UK standard delivery (within 2 - 4 working days) £3.45
- UK express delivery (within 1 - 3 working days) £5.85
- UK orders over £35 receive FREE standard delivery.
- FREE Local Pick-Up - for Wardrobe Staple brands, customers may pick up their items at a time of their choosing from our Maidenhead warehouse.
Items may be despatched in separate parcels.
Delivery times:
- Delivery times are based on orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday.
- Items may be despatched separately and arrive in individual parcels.
- We aim to despatch all orders within 1 - 2 days. Occasionally, we may not be able to adhere to this policy, in which case your order will be with you as soon as possible.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of all orders placed with My Little Green Wardrobe.
Why Do You Ship In Separate Parcels?
- Our Wardrobe Staples brands, including Frugi, Kite Clothing and Turtledove London, are held at the My Little Green Wardrobe warehouse in Maidenhead, where we lovingly pack them and send them on their way to you.
- Our Wardrobe Outlet brands, including Roc + Rudi, Ducky Zebra and Pop My Way, are not held in our storeroom - instead, they ship to you directly from the brand.
Therefore you may receive more than one parcel for one order placed - but we only charge one flat shipping fee.
Your 100% satisfaction is super important to us.
We are experimenting with FREE returns to offer you a better service - but please bear in mind we're a super small brand, so would love you to be mindful of buying and making returns unnecessarily. Thank you so much for your support on this.
- Timing: we have a 30-day FREE Return Policy, from the day the order was placed.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, with original tags, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For exchanges, the quickest way to get your things is to return your item and order the new item in a separate transaction.
- For returns, please email hello@mylittlegreenwardrobe.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned items with a pre-paid postal label.
- When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.
- Refunds are processed within 10 working days after receipt of items.

Sizing Recommendations:
Please be aware both Frugi and Kite Clothing's sizing tends to be very generous, in order to last your little one longer.
Turtledove London and Lilly + Sid clothing often comes up on the small side - especially leggings.
Which Brands Accommodate Cloth Nappies?
We love to support families using reusable and cloth nappies as these are a great eco-friendly choice. Finding clothing to fit over them can be stressful, however!
Frugi are specially designed with cloth nappies in mind - any of their organic cotton parsnip pants, and baby sleepsuits will suit cloth nappies perfectly.
Ducky Zebra, Roc + Rudi and Rockit Kids are also all made with reusable nappies in mind.
Any harem-style pants will be suitable for cloth nappies. Turtledove dungarees also have a very relaxed fit.

How eco-friendly is it to receive orders in more than one parcel?
The way we look at it, we've simply cut out the middle man, and instead of the brands shipping their stock to us to send to you. They just send directly to you. Simple!
